Q: How do I add my details for personalization?

A: List your text/dates/recipe name in the Personalization field when selecting your item.  Having trouble uploading your recipe image?  Then send it to us directly at info@ladymaggie.com - be sure to include your order# in the email so we can match it up to your order.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes! Shipping costs are calculated by weight.  The store shipping calculator will automatically calculate a total as you add items to your cart.

Q: When will my item ship?

A: Stock items ship within 1-3 days. Custom checkers are created when ordered, so take longer - about a week. Memorial stones may take between 1-2 weeks due to the multi-step process involved in the sand-carving, painting and sealing of the stone.

Q: How long will it take for my item to be delivered?

A: This depends on the item and what shipping method you selected.  Decals ship USPS 1st class stamp and take about 3-5 days for delivery.  Keychains, magnets, pillows, t-shirts and other lightweight items ship USPS 1st Class with tracking and generally take 2-3 days for delivery, though can take up to 5 days.  Heavier items such as cutting boards, signs and memorial stones ship USPS Priority and average 1-3 days.  All items ship from Raleigh, NC.  You also have the option of upgrading to Priority if you need an item sooner.

Q: This is a gift - how do I make sure the price isn't listed on the invoice?

A: All items ship with a packing slip with no prices or payment details listed on it. 

Q: I have an idea for a custom item - do you do custom orders?

A: Yes, all the time - we love creating custom items!  Just complete our Contact form or email us at info@ladymaggie.com and tell us what you have in mind.  We'll be in touch to let you know if we can help.

Q: Do you offer discounts for large orders?

A: Yes! We often work with realtors, corporate event planners, brides and wedding planners to fulfill large custom orders. We can often create a custom one-of-a-kind item for the special day. Please email us at info@ladymaggie.com or contact us through our Contact Form to enquire.

Q: Do you offer wholesale discounts?

A: Yes! We work with retail shops, online shops, subscription box companies and wedding planners throughout the US. We do require your resale tax ID to verify your reseller status before offering Wholesale terms. Please see our Wholesale page and contact us to find out more.
